Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Customized products are only eligible for return if they are defective or damaged.
  • Digital downloadable designs and online profile hosting services are non-refundable due to their nature.

Return Process

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will email you to confirm its arrival. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specific number of days.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at support@tridyncreative.com.


If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
